ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ, ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਕੈਂਪਸ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਦੇ ਚੋਣਵੇਂ ਨੇਬਰਹੁੱਡ ਕੈਂਪਸ/ਖੇਤਰੀ ਕੇਂਦਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਕੋਰਸਾਂ ਲਈ ਬਿਨੈ-ਪੱਤਰ-ਕਮ-ਦਾਖਲਾ-ਫਾਰਮ (ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਸਾਲ 2026-27) ਹੇਠਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਜਮ੍ਹਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
Application-cum-Admission-Form (Academic Year 2026-27) for all the courses offered by Punjabi University, Patiala at Patiala campus and its selective Neighbourhood Campuses/Regional Centres can be submitted through following common online procedure.

All applicants are hereby informed that Admission Forms are open for the Academic Session [2026–27] for the following programmes: UG / PG / PG Diploma / Diploma / Certificate Courses.

Candidates are advised to carefully read the Prospectus/Handbook before filling out the application form and ensure that they meet the prescribed eligibility criteria and other admission requirements.

  • ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ, ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰੀ/ਨੇਬਰਹੁੱਡ ਕੈਂਪਸਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਕੋਰਸਾਂ ਦੇ ਵੇਰਵੇ ਲਈ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਲਈ ਹੈਂਡਬੁੱਕ ਵੇਖੋ।

ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਬਿਨੈ-ਪੱਤਰ (ਦਾਖ਼ਲਾ ਫਾਰਮ) ਭਰਨ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਕ੍ਰਿਆ
Step-1:- ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਪ੍ਰਕ੍ਰਿਆ
  1. www.pupadmissions.ac.in ਖੋਲ੍ਹੋ
  2. ਨਵਾਂ ਯੂਜ਼ਰ “ਨਿਊ ਯੂਜ਼ਰ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ” ਉੱਤੇ ਕਲਿੱਕ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਰਜਿਸਟਰਡ ਯੂਜ਼ਰ “ਸਟੂਡੈਂਟ ਡੈਸ਼ਬੋਰਡ ਲਾਗ ਇਨ” ਉੱਤੇ ਕਲਿੱਕ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
  3. ਡਰਾਪਡਾਊਨ ਸੂਚੀ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਫ਼ਾਰਮ ਕੈਟਾਗਰੀ ਚੁਣੋ, ਜਿਸ ਕੋਰਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਦਾਖ਼ਲਾ ਲੈਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹੋ।
  4. ਚੋਣ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਵੇਰਵੇ (ਅਨੁਸੂਚਿਤ ਜਾਤੀ/ਅਨੁਸੂਚਿਤ ਕਬੀਲਾ ਜਾਂ ਜਨਰਲ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਾਰੇ) ਨਾਂ, ਪਿਤਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਂ, ਲਿੰਗ, ਜਨਮ ਮਿਤੀ, ਈ-ਮੇਲ ਆਈਡੀ, ਮੋਬਾਈਲ ਨੰ. ਆਦਿ ਭਰੋ
  5. ਬਿਨੈ-ਪੱਤਰ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਰਜਿਸਟਰ ਨਾਓ 'ਤੇ ਕਲਿੱਕ ਕਰੋ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਸੀ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਟ ਪੇਜ 'ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਜਾਵੋਗੇ।
  6. ਰਜਿਸਟਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਹੇਠ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਖਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ:
    1. ਲਾਗ ਇਨ ਆਈ.ਡੀ. ਅਤੇ ਪਾਸਵਰਡ “ਸਟੂਡੈਂਟ ਡੈਸ਼ਬੋਰਡ ਲਾਗ ਇਨ” ਲਈ।
    2. “ਸਟੂਡੈਂਟ ਡੈਸ਼ਬੋਰਡ ਲਾਗ ਇਨ” ਨਾਲ ਲਿੰਕ।
    3. "ਐਪਲੀਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਪ੍ਰੋਸੈਸਿੰਗ ਫ਼ੀਸ ਦਾ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਬਟਨ: ਇਸ ਬਟਨ ਨੂੰ ਕਲਿੱਕ ਕਰਕੇ ਤੁਸੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਨੈੱਟਬੈਂਕਿੰਗ, ਯੂਪੀਆਈ, ਡੈਬਿਟ ਕਾਰਡ, ਕ੍ਰੇਡਿਟ ਕਾਰਡ ਆਦਿ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਐਪਲੀਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਪ੍ਰੋਸੈਸਿੰਗ ਫ਼ੀਸ ਦਾ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹੋ।"
    4. ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਰਸੀਦ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਟ ਕਰੋ।
Step-2:- ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਬਿਨੈ-ਪੱਤਰ (ਦਾਖ਼ਲਾ ਫ਼ਾਰਮ) ਭਰੋ
  1. www.pupadmissions.ac.in ਖੋਲ੍ਹੋ ਅਤੇ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਬਿਨੈ-ਪੱਤਰ (ਦਾਖ਼ਲਾ ਫ਼ਾਰਮ) ਭਰਨ ਲਈ ਸਟੂਡੈਂਟ ਡੈਸ਼ਬੋਰਡ ਲਾਗ ਇਨ ਤੇ ਜਾਉ
  2. ਪੋਰਟਲ ਤੇ ਯੂਜ਼ਰ ਆਈ.ਡੀ. ਅਤੇ ਪਾਸਵਰਡ ਨਾਲ ਸਟੂਡੈਂਟ ਡੈਸ਼ਬੋਰਡ ਤੇ ਲਾਗ ਇਨ ਕਰੋ। ਬਿਨੈ-ਪੱਤਰ (ਦਾਖ਼ਲਾ ਫ਼ਾਰਮ) ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਕ੍ਰਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰੋ।
    1. ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ 1: ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ (ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਹੈ)।
    2. ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ 2: ਫ਼ੀਸ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ (ਫ਼ੀਸ ਭਰੀ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਹੈ)।
      1. ਜੇ ਫੀਸ ਦਾ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਪੂਰਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ 3 ਤੇ ਜਾਓ।
      2. ਜੇਕਰ ਫੀਸ ਦਾ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਹੈ:
        1. ਜੇਕਰ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਖਾਤੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਫ਼ੀਸ ਕੱਟ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ 24 ਘੰਟਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਉਡੀਕ ਕਰੋ ਅਤੇ ਜੇਕਰ 24 ਘੰਟੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਦਾਖ਼ਲਾ ਸੈੱਲ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕਰੋ। ਸਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕਰੋ
        2. ਜੇਕਰ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਅਸਫਲ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਖਾਤੇ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੱਟੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਫ਼ੀਸ ਲਿੰਕ ਦੀ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਸੈਸਿੰਗ ਫ਼ੀਸ ਦਾ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ 3 ਵੱਲ ਵੱਧਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
      3. ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ 3: ਬਿਨੈ-ਪੱਤਰ (ਦਾਖ਼ਲਾ ਫ਼ਾਰਮ) ਨੂੰ ਭਰੋ/ਸੋਧ ਕਰੋ: ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਫ਼ੀਸ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਸਫਲ/ਬਕਾਇਆ ਜਾਂ ਅਸਫਲ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਬਿਨੈ-ਪੱਤਰ (ਦਾਖਲਾ ਫਾਰਮ) ਭਰਨ ਲਈ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ 3 ਤੇ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ (ਅਪਲਾਈ ਕਰੋ/ਸੋਧ ਕਰੋ)। ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊ/ਕਾਊਂਸਲਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਆਖਰੀ ਮਿਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ (ਸ਼ਡਿਊਲ ਮੁਤਾਬਿਕ) ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਭਰੇ ਹੋਏ ਬਿਨੈ-ਪੱਤਰ (ਦਾਖਲਾ ਫਾਰਮ) ਵਿੱਚ ਸੋਧ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼:
  • ਫੋਟੋ ਅਤੇ ਹਸਤਾਖਰ ਦਾ ਆਕਾਰ 50 kb ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
  • ਜੋ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਕੁਆਲੀਫਾਈੰਗ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਨਤੀਜਾ ਹਾਲੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਇਆ, ਉਹ ਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਬਿਨੈ-ਪੱਤਰ (ਦਾਖ਼ਲਾ ਫਾਰਮ) ਭਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਪਰੰਤੂ ਇਹ ਬਿਨੈਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਹਿੱਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਫ਼ਾਰਮ ਭਰਨ ਦੀ ਆਖਰੀ ਮਿਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਨਤੀਜਾ ਅਪਡੇਟ ਕਰ ਦਵੇ, ਨਹੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵਿਖੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਨਤੀਜਾ ਦੇਣਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼-4: ਕਾਊਂਸਲਿੰਗ/ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊ ਦੀ ਮਿਤੀ ਜਾਂ ਚੋਣ ਭਰਨ (ਜੇਕਰ ਬੀ.ਟੈਕ. ਫਾਰਮ ਨੰ. 18 ਹੈ)।
  1. ਸੂਚਨਾ ਪੁਸਤਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਸਾਏ ਸ਼ਡਿਊਲ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਕਾਊਂਸਲਿੰਗ/ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊ।
  2. ਜੇਕਰ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਬੀ.ਟੈਕ. (ਫਾਰਮ ਨੰਬਰ 18) ਭਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਪ੍ਰੈਫਰੇਂਸ ਭਰਨ ਦਾ ਪੋਰਟਲ ਲਿੰਕ ਵਰਤ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੋਰਸ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੈਫਰੇਂਸ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਪ੍ਰੈਫਰੇਂਸ/ਕੋਰਸ ਭਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਭਰੀ ਹੋਈ ਪ੍ਰੈਫਰੇਂਸ/ਕੋਰਸ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਕ ਕਰਨਾ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। (ਨੋਟ: ਭਰੀ ਹੋਈ ਪ੍ਰੈਫਰੇਂਸ/ਕੋਰਸ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਕ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਪ੍ਰੈਫਰੇਂਸ/ਕੋਰਸ ਬਦਲਣ ਦੀ ਆਗਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਜੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਆਪਣੀ ਪ੍ਰੈਫਰੇਂਸ/ਕੋਰਸ ਬਦਲਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਦਾਖ਼ਲਾ ਸੈੱਲ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ 5:- ਬਿਨੈ-ਪੱਤਰ (ਦਾਖ਼ਲਾ ਫਾਰਮ) ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਟ ਕਰਨਾ।
ਰਜਿਸਟਰਡ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ 2, ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ 3 ਅਤੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ 4 (ਜੇਕਰ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਬੀ.ਟੈਕ. ਲਈ ਅਪਲਾਈ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ) ਸਫਲਤਾਪੂਰਵਕ ਪੂਰਾ ਭਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ, ਆਪਣਾ ਬਿਨੈ-ਪੱਤਰ (ਦਾਖ਼ਲਾ ਫਾਰਮ) ਪ੍ਰਿੰਟ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।
ONLINE APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Step-1:- REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
  1. Open www.pupadmissions.ac.in
  2. New user will click on “New User Registration” and already registered user can click on “Student Dashboard Login”.
  3. Select the Form Category from dropdown list in which you seek admission.
  4. Fill your particulars as Select Category (SC/ST or General and all others),Name, Father's Name, Gender, Date of Birth, e-mail ID, Mobile No.
  5. Click on Register Now to Apply and you will redirect to registration print page.
  6. Registration confirmation page will be displayed with following information:
    1. Login ID and Password for “Student dashboard Login”.
    2. Link to “Student Dashboard Login”.
    3. “Pay Application Processing Fee” button: Click on this button to pay application processing fee using any mode such as NetBAnking,UPI,Debit Card,Credit Card.
    4. Print registration receipt.
Step-2:- Fill Online Application Form
  1. Open www.pupadmissions.ac.in and and go to Student Dashboard Loginfor online application
  2. Enter the User-Id and Password on the portal to login on the student dashboard. Follow the steps to complete form filling process.
    1. Step 1: Online registration. (Already complete as above)
    2. Step 2: Fees (With status either complete or pending).
      1. In case of Fee Payment is Complete, Move to Step 3.
      2. In case of Fee Payment is Pending:
        1. If the fees have been debited from candidate’s account and payment status is pending please wait for 24 hours and if after 24 hours your payment is still pending then Contact at centralized admission Contact Us
        2. If the fee payment status is failed and amount is not deducted from candidate’s account. The candidate should retry to pay processing fee using the link provided and can proceed to Step 3.
      3. Step 3: Apply/Edit Application form: In any case the fee payment status is successful/pending or failed the candidate can proceed to step 3 for filling the online Application form (apply/edit).The candidate can edit the already filled form any number of times before the last date(as per schedule) before the interview/counselling.
Important Instruction:
  • Size of Photograph and Signature should be less than 50 KB each.
  • A Candidate who has appeared in the qualifying examination and his/her result is still awaited, may also apply and can submit his/her admission form online as the case may be. He/She has to update his/her online form whenever he/she gets the result till the date given by Centralized Admission Cell (it is in the interest of the applicant), otherwise, he/she will be required to submit his/her result at the time of interview.
Step-4:- Counselling/Interview Date or Choice Filling (In case of Btech Form No. 18)
  1. Counselling/Interview as per schedule mentioned in Prospectus/Handbook of Information.
  2. In case of B.Tech. (Form No 18). The candidates are required to fill the Prefrences for their courses using the Prefrence filling portal link. After filling the option, the candidate must lock the choices. (Note: after locking of choices the candidate will not be allowed to change the course choices. In case candidate wants to change the choice he/she have to contact Centralised Admission Cell).
Step-5:- To Print the Application Form
  1. Registered candidates whose payment has been confirmed and who have successfully completed Step 2,Step 3 and Step 4 (In case candidate is applying for Btech), can print their application forms.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
  • Size of Photograph and Signature should be less than 50 KB each.
  • A Candidate who has appeared in the qualifying examination and his/her result is still awaited, may also apply and can submit his/her admission form online as the case may be. He/She has to update his/her online form whenever he/she gets the result till the date given by Centralized Admission Cell (it is in the interest of the applicant), otherwise, he/she will be required to submit his/her result at the time of interview.
